Park Lane Guest House offers three unique cottages constructed with reclaimed period materials. The Vicky House features stained glass windows, antique wood interior walls, and a sleeping loft accessed by ladder with an antique pedestal tub in the bathroom. The Carriage House includes hand-glazed walls, stained concrete floors, and French doors opening to the stone pool deck with an antique claw foot tub. The largest cottage has vaulted ceilings, European stained glass, Longleaf pine floors, and a black-and-white tiled bathroom with dual shower heads. All cottages include kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee machines, plus TVs and CD players.

A full vegetarian or vegan breakfast is delivered to your cottage or private deck daily from 8:00-9:15 AM. The menu features eggs from free-range hens on property, organic fruits and herbs harvested from the garden, and locally-sourced products. Breakfast is made-to-order using produce grown on-site and from surrounding areas.

Guests can swim in the shaded pool under heritage live oak trees. The property includes rental bicycles for neighborhood exploration, an outdoor shower, and wind chimes throughout the gardens. French doors in each cottage open to private patios overlooking the garden areas.

Located in Austin's historic SoCo district, the property is a 1.5 km walk to South Congress Avenue shops and restaurants. The Umlauf Sculpture Garden is 2.5 km away, while The Driskill hotel and Congress Avenue Bridge are both 1.5 km from the property. The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center botanic garden is located within South Austin's residential district.
